1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must request the return within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Certain types of items such as digital products, downloadable content, or personalized goods are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is delayed or missing, please contact your payment provider first, then contact us if necessary.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items returned without prior approval

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Contact your bank or credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
